ABOUT ME

I am a fully-qualified counsellor and have been successfully counselling clients in the Medway area and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.

I offer a confidential and safe environment in which you can explore and process the difficulties you are facing.

This will be a non-judgemental space where we can discuss as much or as little as you would like, you lead the way. I aim to create an environment where you feel calm and cared for, as well as being able to trust in me with your thoughts and concerns no matter how big or small. All clients are treated with respect and empathy.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I work within their ethical and professional framework, which keeps you, the client, at the centre of everything that I do.

Offering accessible and personalised therapy to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Walk & talk

Walk & talk

Some clients may be more comfortable walking and talking and find it easier to start discussing their problems when strolling outdoors.

Perhaps you have tried traditional counselling before and it was not for you, walking and talking therapy could be an excellent alternative. The client may set the pace and you do not need to be super fit to do this. Some people feel freer and more relaxed outdoors. Conversations can often flow easier as we walk.

"Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better"

Working creatively

SERVICES

Working creatively

Research has found that art can reduce stress, lower anxiety levels and improve mood.

You do not need to be an artist to be creative.

If this is something that interests you, we can discuss this further in our initial consultation.
